For the purposes of operating the Website in the United Arab Emirates, including order processing, payment handling, fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds, and customer support, Kuwa Food Supplements, operated by Valeo Wellbeing Technologies DMCC (“Operator”), has been appointed as Pee Safe’s authorized business partner and operator in the UAE.

References to “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Service” in these Terms of Service refer to the Website and the services provided through it by Pee Safe and/or the Operator, as applicable.

If a valid issue is confirmed, our obligation will be, at our option:

to make good any shortage or non-delivery; or

to replace damaged/defective goods; or

to refund the amount paid for the goods.

4. Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under UAE law, or liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence.
