RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on peesafe.ae (the “Website”).

Pee Safe is committed to offering high-quality hygiene and personal care products. Order processing, fulfillment, returns, and refunds within the UAE are managed by Kuwa Food Supplements, operated by Valeo Wellbeing Technologies DMCC, as the authorized business and fulfillment partner for Pee Safe in the UAE.

 

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for eligible products purchased from peesafe.ae, subject to the terms outlined below. If you experience a quality issue or a manufacturer defect, we will work with you to resolve it in accordance with this policy.

If a product purchased from peesafe.ae does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided the product meets the return eligibility criteria.

Returned products must:

· Be unused and unopened (where applicable)

· Be in original packaging

· Include original price tags, labels, and invoices

· Be returned in the same condition as received

Please note that return and refund eligibility may vary depending on the nature of the product.

All returns require prior authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange:

· Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

· Products not in their original condition or packaging

· Items with tampered or missing serial numbers

· Products purchased on sale or clearance

· Sealed products where hygiene seals have been broken

· Temperature-sensitive products, including but not limited to medicines, vitamins, and supplements

· Orders shipped outside the UAE

· Any item that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy

Requests that do not comply with this Return & Refund Policy will not be eligible for return or refund.

 

REFUND PROCEDURE

Once the returned product is received at our UAE fulfillment center and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed as follows:

· Store Credit: Issued within three (3) days of inspection and approval
OR

· Refund to original payment method (credit/debit card): Processed within seven (7) days of inspection and approval

The applicable refund method will depend on the original payment method and internal approval.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders are processed promptly and may enter the shipping stage within 24 hours of order placement.

· Orders that have already entered the shipping process cannot be cancelled or modified.

· If cancellation is requested after shipment, you may refuse delivery at the time of receipt. Once the shipment is returned to our warehouse, the refund will be processed in accordance with this policy.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY US

Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system or operations team due to reasons including, but not limited to:

· Product unavailability

· Payment processing issues

· Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

· Address not serviceable

· Duplicate orders

· Customer cancellation request

· Damaged or defective items identified prior to dispatch

In such cases, any applicable refund will be processed as per the refund procedure outlined above.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Exchanges are permitted only for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any applicable return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

 

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

· Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary based on location and courier services.

· For items valued over AED 100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

· We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
