SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on peesafe.ae (the “Website”).

Orders placed on peesafe.ae are fulfilled within the United Arab Emirates by Kuwa Food Supplements, operated by Valeo Wellbeing Technologies DMCC, as the authorized business and fulfillment partner for Pee Safe in the UAE.

 

SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship to most locations within Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability may vary based on location, accessibility, and courier serviceability.

 

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

· Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days for items available in owned stock.

· Dispatch timelines may be longer for products shipped from third-party or partner warehouses.

· Orders are shipped on business days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and UAE national holidays.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

· Once dispatched, delivery is generally completed within 48 hours, depending on the delivery location.

· Any delivery dates displayed on the Product Details page, Cart, Checkout page, Order Confirmation page, or confirmation emails are estimated and tentative.

· After dispatch, an updated Estimated Delivery Date will be available under the “My Account” → “Order Details” section for shipment tracking.

 

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

· Courier service disruptions

· Weather conditions

· Address inaccuracies

· Force majeure or logistical challenges

In such cases, we request your cooperation and understanding. Pee Safe and its fulfillment partner shall not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to cancel an order if:

· Delivery is significantly delayed beyond reasonable timelines, or

· The shipment becomes untraceable

In such cases, the amount paid for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS

You may request a change in the delivery address only if:

· The order is in Confirmed or Pending status, and

· None of the items in the order have been shipped

If there is any difference in applicable delivery charges or taxes between the original address and the updated address, the address change request may be declined.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

· Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the courier partner name and tracking number at your registered email address.

· If you do not receive a tracking email within 24 hours of order placement, please check your spam/junk folder.

· In some cases, tracking details may take up to 24 additional hours to reflect online after dispatch.

 

NON-AVAILABILITY AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to five (5) times before returning the shipment to our warehouse.

To ensure smooth delivery:

· Please provide a valid mobile number at checkout.

· Ensure availability at the delivery address during delivery hours.

If the shipment is returned due to repeated delivery failures, re-delivery charges may apply or the order may be cancelled as per our Return & Refund Policy.

 

IDENTITY VERIFICATION AT DELIVERY

At our discretion, or that of our delivery partners, you may be required to provide proof of identity (such as an Emirates ID) or verification of the payment method at the time of delivery.

If we are unable to verify or authenticate the information provided, we reserve the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order, with any applicable refund processed as per policy.
