Please note we do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside UAE. By visiting this Platform, providing your information or availing any product/service offered on the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and the applicable service/product terms and conditions, and agree to be governed by the laws of India including but not limited to the laws applicable to data protection and privacy. Returns & Refunds Policy

All order cancellations will be handled as per our Standard Cancellation Policy:

 Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. All transactions that take place on the website will be prepaid, and neither COD nor cheque payments will be available as mode of payment.

Cancellation by Customer:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Orders once shipped cannot be returned or refunded.

TRACKING PACKAGES:

As soon as we ship your order, you receive an e-mail notification with a link to track your order. If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam folder in case our email might have landed there. Tracking codes may not be active online for up to 24 - 48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates it on their website.
